01. About Dosy
Dosy is operated by Kickfy Intermediação de Negócios LTDA, Brazil. These terms apply to dosy.app, its quiz, digital plans, account services and subscriptions. By using the service or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not complete a purchase.
02. Who can use the service
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate contact and account information. Keep access links and login credentials private. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not impersonate others, access another person’s information, misuse the service or interfere with its security.
03. Wellness support, not medical care
Dosy helps organize habits and information during and after GLP-1 use. The quiz, charts, suggested actions and PDF are educational wellness tools. They do not diagnose, prescribe, monitor emergencies or replace an individual assessment by a qualified healthcare professional. Dosy does not supply medication. Do not start, stop or change a medication or dose based on this service. For severe or worsening symptoms or an emergency, seek local medical care immediately.
04. Personalization and results
Suggestions depend on the information you provide and may not fit every health situation. Automated information can be incomplete or inaccurate; review it and discuss health decisions with your clinician. Results vary. Dosy does not guarantee weight loss, prevention of weight regain or any particular health outcome. Example charts, interface demonstrations and illustrative imagery are not individual forecasts or proof of a customer’s result. Availability of a feature is determined by the product offered at purchase; demonstrations do not promise unreleased features.
05. Subscriptions and recurring charges
All three plans are recurring subscriptions in US dollars: US$27 every 30 days, US$57 every 90 days, or US$97 every year. The displayed monthly equivalent is a comparison, not monthly installments. If your checkout shows the eligible 15-minute annual offer, the first annual period costs US$87 and subsequent annual renewals cost US$97, unless a later price change is disclosed as required. The checkout shows the amount due and applicable taxes before payment; your bank may charge currency-conversion fees. By completing checkout, you authorize the recurring charges shown until you cancel.
06. Cancellation and payment
Manage your subscription through the secure billing link provided with your purchase or account, or contact support. Cancel before the next renewal to prevent the next charge. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period and access continues until then. Uninstalling an app, closing a browser or deleting local data does not cancel billing. Failed payments may be retried and may interrupt access. Payment is processed by Stripe; payment confirmation alone does not verify ownership of an existing Dosy account.
07. Refunds and consumer rights
For billing errors or refund requests, contact support with your purchase email and order details. Refunds are not automatic solely because you cancel or do not use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund or other consumer rights under the law that applies to you. Where Brazilian consumer law applies, statutory rights, including the applicable right to withdraw from a distance purchase, remain available. Any additional guarantee must be expressly shown at purchase; there is no guarantee of a health or weight outcome.
08. Your data and content
The Privacy Policy explains how personal and health-related information is handled. You keep ownership of information you submit and permit us to use it as needed to provide the service in accordance with that policy. Dosy branding, software and editorial materials are protected by intellectual-property rights. Your subscription provides personal use, not a right to resell or republish the product.
09. Availability, responsibility and changes
We work to maintain the service but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend misuse or make reasonable service changes, subject to applicable law and your paid rights. We remain responsible where the law requires; these terms do not exclude liability or protections that cannot legally be excluded. Material subscription or terms changes will be communicated where required. The law and courts that protect consumers in their place of residence remain available; no provision forces you to waive those protections.
